Out with the old...in with the new

Thursday 28th: Sean and Alan spent another day taking out the old windows, framing up the wall and putting in the new windows. Travis showed up for another guest appearance to help with the weighty windows. Double-glazed windows weigh a ton! One piece of concrete sheeting was put up; this will be rendered, undercoated and painted blue later along with the other sheets still to go up. The windows will be fitted with slimline venetian blinds. Jane and Vaughan came for tea and were very impressed with the progress.
